Pan-India Shipping

We deliver across India. Standard shipping is ₹199 for orders below ₹5,000. Orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and are shared at order confirmation.

Bulk & HoReCa Orders

Hotels, restaurants, and caterers placing bulk orders may receive customised delivery schedules. Contact our team for volume pricing and logistics.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund for verified manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised, engraved, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective. Perishable or used commercial items are not eligible for return.
